How do I secure my storage unit?
For your security, we have high security disk locks and very high security cylinder locks available at an affordable price. You are the only person with a key to your storage unit.
Does Infinite use security cameras?
These cameras record multiple areas of the property and keep track of who has come in and who exits.
Is the lock included in my rent?
Infinite Self Storage uses cylinder locks at most of its facilities. The cylinder lock is a part of the locking device and sits flush with the door providing our customers with the highest level of security because it cannot be cut. You can purchase a lock at our facilities for only $9.99
What other security features do you have?
Security is a priority for us at Infinite Self-Storage. In addition to our coded access gate systems, 24-hour video recording and high-security locks, our locations feature a variety of safety features such as: Well-lit grounds, fenced perimeters, individually alarmed doors and a trained manager to assist you during business hours.
Do I need my access code to drive in through the gates?
Infinite Self-Storage uses coded access gate systems at most of our facilities. For the safety and security of our customers, these gates can only be opened with the individual access code that each customer chooses.

Facility Operation FAQ
Why do you have office hours and gate hours and then say you're open 24-hours?
It might seem a little odd at first, but it's really for your convenience! Through the use of new technologies, most of our facilities allow you to do business with us when it fits your schedule- no matter what time of day! During normal business hours, which vary by facility, the Property Manager will be able to assist you with your storage needs or in purchasing packing supplies. Gate hours are simply the hours when you may access your unit. Finally, some of our locations are open 24-hours a day thanks to our new rental kiosk. Much like an ATM, you may use this kiosk at any time to rent a unit, make a payment, purchase a lock or change your personal information. The kiosk is located in a vestibule in the front of the store.
Okay, so when can I get into my storage unit?
Normal gate access hours are from 6:00am to 10:00pm every day of the year. Should you need different access hours, contact your property manager as some properties have the ability to offer 24-hour access.

Do you provide storage space for businesses?
Yes! Infinite understands that many businesses have special storage needs and we are ready to help in any way possible. We count pharmaceutical companies, law firms, insurance companies and contractors among our many valued customers.
Can I store my RV, boat, car or motorcycle?
Some of our facilities offer large outdoor spaces that can be used to store your RV, boat, car or motorcycle. These spaces are often covered for extra protection, however please check the location you are interested in for this feature as it is not available at all locations.

What lease terms are available?
We have month-to-month leases available, allowing you to move in and move out with just 30 days notice.
Do you accept cash or checks?
Yes. You can even pay with cash or check at our 24-hour kiosk!
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and America Express.
Can I pay my bills online?
Yes, for your convenience, online payment is available.
What if I don't want to pay online?
Infinite offers a number of other payment options. You may choose to have your payment automatically charged to your credit card, you may visit your facility and pay directly or you can visit our 24-hour kiosk to make your payment (*where kiosk is available.)

Where can I find boxes and packing supplies?
Every Infinite Self-Storage facility is fully stocked with everything you need to make your move as easy and painless as possible! From boxes to tape to bubble wrap, we're your one stop shop for moving, packing and storing!

What is a drive-up unit?
This simply means that the storage unit is accessed from an outside door and is located on the first floor of the facility. These units give customers the ability to drive their car right up to the space, park in front of it and then unload your belongings directly from your vehicle to your storage space. Infinite Self-Storage offers a variety of drive-up unit sizes, as well as indoor storage.
What is climate-control?
We feature climate-controlled storage spaces at many of our facilities. Climate-control means your storage unit is located in a building that is heated in winter and cooled in summer. With temperature settings ranging from 50-80 degrees, depending on the season, these spaces are ideal for antiques, electronics and furniture among other uses.
