HKP develops, builds, owns and manages self-storage facilities and affordable rental housing throughout the Midwest and South. From its headquarters in Indianapolis, the company is involved in more than 1,300,000 square feet of storage space and over 4,000 apartment homes in seven states.
After over 50 years in the housing industry, HKP continues to uphold its founder's philosophy of providing a quality product at a reasonable price.
